Indane gas connection

I have taken a new gas connection from Barbaruah(assam) indane gas office on my Transfer voucher.the officers has charged 1900 rs in the place of 1400.In my indane pass book the sicurity deposit ammount written is 1000 and charge for one cylinder is 400 so total 1400 should be charged for this connection.but the officer(MR.Rup joyti Baruah) had taken 500 rs extra for this .
its my request to kindly see the issue and take the neccesary action.
