Increase in Billing without Intimation

Name of company/service: Airtel Broadband Srvice

I had an Airtel broadband plan of 999 per month for which i got 10 GB data at 2 MBPS.
My rental was increased to 1050 without notice for the billing period of 11 August to 10 September.
This happened without any increase in the download limit of 10 G.
Whereas there is a plan available for same amount of 1050 for which the data limit is 30 GB.
I came to know about the increase in rental only after i got the bill.
I also had to call up customer service after that to get my data limit increased to 30 GB which Airtel should have done automatically..
During the billing period i had to purchase an extra data for Rs 202 at 2 MBPS.
I had to pay extra because of unfair practices of Airtel of not informing customers of Rental Change beforehand and not giving the same benefit to existing customers as compared to new customer whom they want to attract.
