the employee of the axis bank branch MP NAGAR BHOPAL plot no.165A &166,star arcade zone 1 have misbehaved with us. i am the new customer of that branch recently just one month before on 17 december 2012.i have opened my a/c in that branch. i got the debit card on 8th jan’2013 but i didn’t get the pin code. when i went to the axis bank branch they said that your pin is being received by another axis bank branch of hoshangabad road Bungalow no. 1,A sector vidhyanagar NH12 bhopal.i insisitingly said that if my a/c is in your branch than why should i go there to collect my pin from another axis bank branch.after that also they started arguing with me. kindly help me. my customer id no.847270883 A/c no. is 912010065971494 and contact no. is 8982256292.
