Incorrect recharge values updated in reliance website

“I recharged my sim(8881688962) with Rs.77 to make it roaming free which I am recharging since September 2014. This roaming free plan is mentioned in website rcom.co.in. But I received 2G data which is not acceptable.
As told by customer care executive, plans has been changed on 20th Aug 2015. Today is 22nd and plans has not been updated in the website yet. As a customer I see it as a fraud, showing something else in the website and when customer recharges they receive something else.
I have attached a screenshot of website which says roaming free plan is of Rs.77.
Please look into it and revert the recharge. Because even if I want to avoid it and want to recharge my sim for roaming free plan where should I check it if the authentic website is giving me wrong information.

I sent above email to reliance customer care, on 25th I received a msg saying that my complaint has been processed but I didn’t receive any roaming free plan or the amount.
