i activated 5rs gprs plan, company responses by msg saying that your 5rs gprs plan is active. to deactivate dial *800*25#.
following that day when i dial that number to deactivate my net plan, i received msg from company that you have activate 500mb gprs plan and it deducted 25 rs from my acc.
and when i contacted customer care that when i was trying to deactivate my net plan by number provided by your company which clearly says to deactivate dial *800*25# how it could activate another plan rather than deactivating previous one. they say sir its your fault that you responded to company’s message and we are not responsible for any deduction and we also won’t provide any refunds.
then they deactivated that 500mb plan too.. dnt know what to do now.
