I have been complaining for wrong receipt uploaded in MCD property tax.
I made the payment on 24th Jun 2012 through ICICI credit card, gateway HDFC bank. amount 4469. property id 071728808040, but as per the receipt generated I made the payment through BOI on 28th May 2012, amount 1214.
I made the complaint on website mcdproperty tax website for correction of receipt. The complaint numbers for first two complaint was 10703, 10908 and the response received for this was receipt already generated.
I made another complaint with complaint number 11139 where I warned them that I will move to consumer forum, after that I got the response, The reciept for the said property Id is already available on the portal. With regards to any refund related queries, only the respective authorities can advise the taxpayer on the same. Request you to get in touch with the respective authorities to get re. Either they don’t read the complaint carefully or they they just dont want to. The complaint is related to correction of receipt and not refund.
I also made a complaint on11th July 2012, on another website mcdonline website , south delh with complaint number GRV/CNZ/2012/000441 there also I warned them that I will move to consumer forum and from there I got the response as Reply Factually Incorrect.
I just need the receipt to be corrected.
