I had used a colleagues cleartrip mobile app to book a ticket for myself. While making the booking under my name, after putting in the app code, the Cleartrip app picks up my colleagues name instead and issues the ticket on his name.
Several phone, calls emails & social media posts have not been able to provide me a refund.
Cleartrip has been sharing an IT log with me, where in the part where I applied the app code & the name has been changed is clearly missing from the log.
I demand a refund !!
