Incorrect MEID

Name of company/service: Tata Photon

I had bought a Tata Photon device from M/s Shiv Shakti Enterprises, Ghaziabad on 15th Jul. They had delivered the device at my residence.

In the bill, they had mentioned incorrect MEID of the device which i didn’t notice at that time.

Later, when the device didn’t work, I lodged a complaint with Tata Photon’s customer care and explained all the details. They told me to visit any Tata outlet. I did the same on 25th Jul and was assured by the guy at the outlet that the issue was resolved in 24 hrs.

Today, 26th Jul, the technical team of Tata tele services called me and told me that they are closing the call since it is not a technical issue.

I called the customer care again and they refused to reopen the old complaint or log a new complaint saying this can be resolved at the outlet only.

My device is still not working causing a great deal of problem for me.

You are requested to take necessary action against the company.
