Incorrect Information and misleading the customers

I would like to bring to the notice of all that i had subcribed to tikona broadband services since 2012 October and I opted for the plan , which the sales rep told me that there is no GB restriction and no speed downgrade. Even the tikona wesite sates the same when i checked in october while subscribing . the name of my plan is ADULM2048, which states that there would be no GB restriction and there would not be any speed downgrade , kindly check the link (http://tikona.in/for-homes-wireless-broadband-tariff-plans-Mumbai). However today i was getting a very slow speed . when i contacted the customer care they informed me that there is a fair usage and after that the spped would drop.However this was never informed by any one earlier and you cannot see it anywhere and this is also not made visible to customers. which is ideally cheating customers. I have been paying the rent every month and why should i get a speed drop when i was promised that there would not be any such issue . even the website says so. that too afetr paying the rent on due date that is 2nd april 2013, such drop is experienced. Don’ t you think that all customers should be informed that there is a fair usage and limitations. I believe this kind of misleading information are deceiving customers and cheating them. which I belive the TRAI should be informed and acctions should be taken.
