Dear Sir,
I was made to purchase a preventive health care package from IHO by their negligent, baseless and incorrect details and promises.
I bought the policies for me and my parents who stay in my home town which is far from metros. Its a district head quarters and not a remote village either. I asked the marking executive explicitly that they have to use these cards only in that place and not in any metros and so if these IHO cards are valid in hospitals there. He said that these can be used in any town/districts and metros as IHO is a central government recognized organization.
Critical position I paid Rs.6600 and registered for the cards. After paying the money. I tried to dig more about IHO online as well as in my home town. And I came to know what they told is totally wrong. No hospital or doctor in my district is aware of IHO or can these cards are valid.
When I asked for call recording he told that she can send it. Soon after, after few hours after, another person called apolozing that I have informed this information., I just get a delayed response saying that its in progress.
Now, I don’t want this kind of card. Please help me how can I get back my money back.
Kindly do the needful and Beware of IHO.
