Incorrect broadband bill and harrasment on the name oflegal action

Hi,

I took Air-tel broadband connection in Aug 2012. My plan was 799/- rental for 6GB usage per month.
Since start in Sept 2012 the bill generated was around 2200/-. I asked them to correct it but they did not.
For just avoiding I paid the said amount for Sept 2012 bill. Again I received bill for around 2200 for Sept-Oct bill. Then I insisted and wrote them to correct the bill but they did not reply.
Bill came in Nov 2012 also and it became 4200/-(app) for cumulatively. I stopped using the connection from Nov last and wrote several mails to them for correcting the bills.
They never replied. Sometimes received calls from various authorities and they promised to settle out after payment of rs 1800/- .I asked them to send me mail for the settlement amount but they did not entertain as usual.
The connection they have disconnected in Jan 2013 and bill spoofed up to 5800/- (app). Since now they were forcing me to pay the said amount.
I kept on writing and talking to correct the bill and settle the issue but they did not. They kept me threatening and scaring me on the name of legal action.

I received a mail as Pr-Litigation mail that describes that a case has been initiated in Bangalore against my outstanding. After that I had chat with lady claimed to be manger in collection department for settlement.but she did not come up with.

After few weeks, today I have received a call from no. 8862917123. The person Dharmendra Rathore claimed to be a personnel from Information and broadcasting ministry, New Delhi. He called for verification and told me that a case has been registered from from Bharti Airtel for fraud and cheat against my name filled by Advocate S.K.Singh contact no. 09534392116 for making payment of 5812/- against my broadband bill. I did not recieve any notice although.

According to him I have to be appear in Delhi court for the case. Although, I am also consulting legal experts for the matter.

Although, I wrote several mails, talked number of times for resolving this matter. Nobody payed sufficient heed to the matter. I ahve asked for itemized bill also but did not receive. Even, I got a call from couple of week ago for making the payment of rs. 3500/- to settle the matter. I asked the lady to settle it for 2500/- or so. She told me to check and drop a mail for conditional settlement. But she did not come up. This is not the first time, I had the same kind of conversation a number of times earlier also.
When I ask them to drop a mail they escaped out.

This is not the way they can force me to make any payment by harassing me.

This is the case of harassment and social abuse and truly not going to work out.

Please forward my case or suggest me to come out from this harassment and reply them suitably.
