Dear Sir, With due respect and humble submission, I Manoranjan Acharjya, the user of Airtel mobile wanted to state that I am running through a postpaid bill problem and I want your attention and help into this matter. Below are the details of the problem I am facing. Problem Statement: I am using a Airtel postpaid number +918984527993 from couple of years. Recently I moved to Sweden on April and my bill plan is 493.20 (monthly rental). But I am worried and surprised that for the last bill cycle(11-Apr-2018 to 10-May-2018) they have generated a bill in which they are claiming an amount not in hundreds but 15,956.20 During this period most of the time my mobile was off and so the mobile data. But still they are claiming for those days. How come this can be possible. And they have charged a “one time charges “ of Rs 12,6312 and whenever I have contacted the Airtel customer care they are not able to provide the clarification and are saying that the plan “international roaming daily limit pack benefit@649 with ul incoming nrc “ was automatically activated. My concern is without my permission how they can activate this plan internally. Please find the attached bill for your reference. In addition to this I have attached the complete bill which the Airtel team has sent to me. Requesting you to kindly provide your attention and provide your extended support.
