Hello Mr. Airtel,
People advised me not to take an airtel connection. But I regret it now. I took a postpaid SIM last month for 275 plan (which includes 400 MB 3G data). Till, yesterday the unbilled amount (excluding all plans) was around 1000 rs. Today the bill got generated and the due amount is 6028 rs ( I dont know who did the math!). And, adding to that, the irony is, the unbilled amount is still approx 1040 rs. Now, where the hell did that 6028 come from? Now, when I call your intelligent customer care guys, they tell that the bill got generated today, so neither me nor them can see what happened exactly (i.e, bill summary) till 48 hrs. (WTF!) (is there any hack am missing?!)
Do you intentionally try to torture people or you are pretty incompetent to be in the business? Learn something from your competitors. Having a large network only is not enuf! learn how to deal with customers.
Having said that, now I can officially say, your (customer) service sucks!
