I had booked online with neeta travels( datwd 25th july) from goa to shirdi . I have been ill for long since and was just making the trip for a cause . Reaching pune the driver woke us up and said this is the last stop and need to get down . It was pouring heavily and wqe had no escort avialable . We were on our own all wet . After about 2 hrs a bus from the same arrived and we boarded . The same bus was piicking passengers from stop to stop . This is highly disgusting and will have all the incovenience cost to us
