Bagittoday complaint no 1452579.
I have short supply of material –
AsiaPower 2600mAh Power Bank (1 + 1
Package received was intact, however received half way
immediately called the customer care – within 15 minutes & launched complaint. launched complaint on 26 March 14
Overall- half shipment received late ( delayed by 10 days)
Now I am following from Month – customer care
received email from – Ruchika Gour Executive-Customer Care Bag It Today “Please be informed that your complaint has been forwarded to our concerned department. As per the current status, your case is on constant follow up and is being worked upon closely for the best possible resolution.
Request you to kindly allow us another 5 – 6 working days to make sure all possible care is taken to resolve your complaint.”
I don’t know- how to take further. BAGITTODAY” IS CHEATING WITH ME.
