I had ordered a Zing Kong Box,a berry smoothie and a Choco Peanut Bolt for home delivery on 19th of April 2013 at 2143hrs from the KFC Janakpuri Outlet. I got the order after 50 minutes. The chicken had become like leather and inedible, the burger was cold and the pepsi was missing.
I tried calling up the outlet but all three of their numbers i.e. 46620099, 46161353, 46161352 were engaged continuously for about 30 mins. I kept calling them but to no avail. In desperation I also called up dwarka and kamlanagar outlets but they said that they were not able to help me in any way.
Earlier in the day also I had placed an order which had also come minus the colddrink. I had to call them again for the drink to get delivered.
This has happened to me three times now.
My last order is still incomplete since the numbers are still engaged. I’m really sorry to see the plight of KFC and their service.
