Inappropriate Balance Deduction for GPRS

Hello,

My number is 7569032846 i.e Reliance-GSM.

I have recharged with Rs35/- on 18th August 2012 which gives 100mb data permonth for 6months, 10 local/national sms perday for 6months, reliance-reliance call rate is 5p/min & local call rate is 30ps/min.

I still have Rs679.100 GPRS balance valid upto 18th November 2012. But while using internet my money is getting deducted from my main account since 26th October 2012.

I have lost Rs47/-, Rs10/-, Rs32/- & Rs10 respectively. I have given several complaints to customer care, they say that they will solve it but it’s of no use. The moment I recharge my account and access internet, I loose my main account balance. I can’t bear to loose my money again and again.

This is the last time I’m asking you to solve my problem, otherwise I will put this issue in Consumer Court and move out of this network.
