In Warranty Period Company Not solve the problem earlier

I perched toshiba LCD TV In This Year After 4 months LCD Display Not working properly. i complaint service center. the service man come nd said panel not working .and we changed within 15to20 days but they come after 2 months and changed the panel but after two days again display not working and half screen is black i immediate complaint on the day.and after 2 days service man come and said panel is not working and we changed with in 20 days.but now happen more then 45 days they not come to resolve the problem. and when i call the customer care they told we are arrange with in 7days 4 days 2days every time when i call. i am really so much hazard.
