my mistake and blunder i have purchased air tel digital hd connection.made on line paymnt on 26th July. the engr has came to my home on 27th .. we purposely told to come on sunday.. ( 29th).. TILL THERE IS NO ONE HAS APPORACHED. THE SERVICE CENTRE/CUSTOMERSERVICE IS DEAF HEARS.. SAME REPEATED ANSWER AND HOLDING THE CALL AND DISCONNECT.. WITH MUCH EXPECTATION I DID MADE BOOKING.., BUT WHEN INSTALLATION ITSELF IS TAKEING SO MUCH TIME.. I DONT WANT TO BE THEIR CUSTOMER.. PL DO ME A FAVOUR OF CANCEL AND REFUND THE AMOUNT
