Dear SIR
I am a regular consumer for Bharti Airtel on My mobile no 9810335107 for last 15 years
This time i was on roaming{International Roaming} and hence was keeping check on my mobile usage on daily basis.
My bill for the last payemnt cycle is amounting to 24000 Where as i after checking the itemsied statment i have came to know there are certain calls which i have not made at all
For eg call on 15/6 where there is call on this no 9582890118 where they have put call for 30 min for Rs 7000 which i have not at all made at all
There are lot of disperancy as i have escallated ny request with airtel from nodal to appealeate
Mr kushal for nodal agreed on mistake on their part where they agree to wave of rs 1000 but once i have not made call my total call charges needs to be waived off.
Kindly need your intervention to sort out the matter
