I purchased a Karbonn A9 handset in May 2012. It worked fine for a week and then got switched off unexpectedly. I gave it to Karbonn service centre and They have not yet repaired it or serviced it till now. It has been three weeks now. This is rediculous! Either they should have given a temporary handset in place of my new one since I am a working person!!! Very poor service!
