Name of company/service: First Flight Couriers
I have couriered my parcel from Jodhpur,Rajastan to Siwani,Haryana on Feb 24 2013 but my parcel was still not reached to its destination which has almost 10to 12 days coming closer. After That I call this company Representative they replied that your shipment back due to no service available at siwani. I told them If your service not there than how you take this parcel and fees. They did not give me fee back. I want to know how I file case in consumer court against this courier service.
