improper imformation through SMS

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

SIR,
I have tata docomo bangalore n. 9036084566.
Recently i got a sms from tata docomo stating that recharge with 45 and get local and std @ 1p/2s.
Once i got it recharge,they started deducting 2p/s for first 2min of the day….while they had not mentioned such condition in SMS sent by them…
moreover the plan they are giving me in 45 rs is already available in 16 rs for month..means in only 32 rs i can get the same paln for which they have charged me 45 rs….
i hope my complanit will be resolve soon.

    As discussed on your number, we would like to inform you that RC 45 gives Validity:60 days, all mobile calls @1p/2 sec, all LL @2p/s , first 2 min of the day@2p/s.
