Improper Customer Service

Myself Ravi S Aswani hereby want to register this complaint against ICICI Bank for Improper Customer Service.

On 27.10.2015 I had withdrawn a sum of Rs. 8,70000 from Dombivili MIDC Branch.
In the morning cash was not available so they asked me to come by 3.00pm.

On the same day the money was stolen from my two wheeler. We had registered FIR and later the police asked us to check CCTV footage in the bank..

We went to the bank and asked them to show the footage but the present executive Ms. Amrita showed us only the corridor footage and said that the counter footage is not working due to loose connection, we will call our CCTV maintenance people and call you.

Today its the fourth day after that we are continuously calling Ms. Amrita but she does not responses to the call.
No proper answer they give she says that the CCTV guy is not coming are they fooling me such a big bank and such an important work how that guy can be so careless and the bank is so irresponsible I am a preferred customer in their bank
if I need a help they are not capable.

I had registered a complaint to their customer service also and called the branch manager also but he says same like an bank executive telling me when the CCTV man will come only then we can do it..

I request to you please look into this matter I have explained everything in detail.
