Impractical deadlines and unexpected time to repair

Dear Micromax,

This in regards to my Micromax phone A117, I have given it for repair on 22/9/2014 and till date I have not received my phone back. This is ridiculous not acceptable from one of the fastest growing companies. You can’t keep my phone for more than 75 days. I have heard the same excuses and I am not informed what is the status of my phone. I really feel helpless and this is my worst after sale service experience. I urge you to spend less on the marketing expense but rather focus on back end cost. You have already lost few clients because of this poor service mechanism. Please try and upgrade the system and make sure that I receive my phone asap. My job sheet no. is 18605008286.
