We have airtel broadband connection and as we were facing connection issues for past two days, we were visited by service engineer after repeated complaints to 121 and the assigned contact person. The engineer advised for a new modem, which we readily agreed as the work was hampering a great deal. To our surprise, we were visited by two different engineers and they were unable to configure a modem and entire day’s productivity is lost. Then we called the netgear guys for support and they helped us do the configuration. My complaint is for the behaviour of the service engineers who were rude and also given in writing that the modem is faulty. My request that airtel should immediately look into this matter as we go for brand airtel and not some guy who works there. I will have to rethink about suggesting airtel to any of my friends.
