Seriously with humble request please please and please stop deducting the money through the nuisance of VAS deductions since last two months. Your always busy customer care no. shows a lot of people are complaining. Even DND activation is not being accepted through SMS. The customer rep Shantanu Hazra kept repeating the same pre-formatted dialogue. I would like to bring this to DoT’s notice. Consumers pls beware of such fraud activities. More than Rs. 150 deducted. Please DON’T refund because I have shifted to a more RELIABLE network! Stop your unfair practices for the God’s sake.
