Illegal & unauthorised forcefully deduction from balance of my mobile no919007452708 in the name of value added service viz

Airtel authority illegally & in a unauthorised way forcefully deducted from balance of my mobile no 919007452708 Rs 70 @ Rs35 in the name of value added service for Indian safari & Model Maniaw on 5.5.2018 at 11.55 pm & on 6.5.2018 at 10.07 am. Though i have not actvated any such service. I immediately sought for refund of the deducted amount through customer care through on Mr Samar Mahato , all in vain
Is this type of anarchy be continued? This forceful deduction be continued? Then whats the requirement of TRAI?
I again sought for immediate refund of illegal deducted amount of Rs 70.
