Illegal selling of borewell water without any license

hi,

i want to give a complaint on my neigbour, as he is supplying borewell water to public without any license and due to that our borewell water is getting dirty. He charge 100Rs per hour for filling other houses tank.

our main water source is our borewell and if that also is been getting dirty due to that man.please look into this problem.
