sir , last year i brought dell INSPIRON N5110 from express computers ,express market , ambedkar road , ghaziabad . now its warranty period will expire on 27 july 2012 . last week i had hard disk related problem in my laptop so i complained in dell customer care on 6 july 2012 . but dell service refused to resolve my problem because the product is not authorised to sell in india . it is authorised to sell in THAILAND only .so after that i went to shop from where i brought my laptop . but he refused to give any compensation for the product . i think he is selling illegal , unauthorised product in india by misusing custom service . now i want compensation of my laptop . because of his fault i can’t get product service n warranty .please take immediate action against him.
