Sir,
I am an employee of Digicall Private Limited. in noida sec.64 at the time of my interview i was promissed by my HR who took my intrview that there wont any deduction from my salary and my monthly will be Rs.15500/- and nothing will be deducted from this. This will be my in hand salary and I recived my first salary on 7 th august and they gave me a cheque and my name was not correct in that i returned my cheque to my HR MANAGER and she gave me my cheque after correction of name on 13-08-2013 and the salary i recived was Rs.14811/- and there was a deduction of Rs.689/- on the name of esic. As per the rules of esic and the slab of esic deduction as per 1st May 2010 was to decuted on the gross salary of Rs.15000/- and my salary was Rs.15500/- and the deduction has to be of 1.75% from the salary of employee and 4.75% from employer but both the deductions was from my salary and the amount was deducted without informing me. My esic has not to be deducted as per the laws of esic because my salary is Rs.15500 that means my salary dosent come under esic deduction. And my company and dint mentioned in my salary slip and esi no. is not shown in my salary slip and not even provided by my HR. So please sir I request you to peraonaly look into this matter so that i can get my deducted amount back in next salary and from now onwards the do not deduct esic from my salary. Please help me sir….
