Illegal Deduction of amount

I am a consumer of aircel telecom prepaid service. I am using their internet service for last few years. But recently I have found that they are continuously deducting amount from the main account showing some download which I haven’t done yet. Today while writing Complain,Just a few hours ago they have looted another Rs.54 as I have downloaded something. Though I haven’t downloaded any sort of thing. I have contacted the customer care for 8 times. & the answer of them was like” Sir if it has been deduxrwe have nothing to do with it,you can do whatever you want we don’t care”. Kudos to You guys for your treatment. Now enough is enough I want all my deducted amount back. So Please do the needful.
