my mother E.CHITRAIVADIVU is having a HPCL domestic gas connection on her name no:618633,which my mother wanted to transfer on my name D.ESTHERMARY.we went to our dealer M/S ISHWARLAL MOHANLAL PARIKH for getting the transfer done;he denied to do that,He told us to surrender the old connection and get a new connection as you have to pay extra charge for deposit,We told him that we told him that as per government regulation your HPCL Website says no extra deposit is required to be paid for transfer of connection within the family;he said i dont know that.We applied for an R.T.I with HPCL.We got the replie that there is no extra deposit for transfer of connection within the family.we gave him the copy of R.T.I,he recieved it and told us to bring all the documents,there was an option from HPCL,if you want to complain against the dealer you can appeal with the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR-LPG HPCL,Hindustan bhavan,Ballard Estate mumbai 400001.We made an appeal on 23/4/2013;till 3/8/2013 we we have not got any replie for it.With no optian left we again to the dealer on 3/8/2013.he made all the paper’s issued me the customer card with the old deposit;suddenly he changed allthings and is asking to pay extra deposit.
