Illegal Balnce Deduction

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Dear Sir/Mam,

There was illegal balance deduction of Rs 100 on 15th August, 2012 from my Tata Docomo number 8976797537. The customer care executives assure me twice that the said balance will be refunded. But till date there has been no balance refund.

I request you to kindly look into these matter as soon as possible.
