ill-treatment of the customer

This complaint is regarding the rude and negligent behaviour of one of the employees of Dominos pizza Sector 4 Dwarka new delhi, a certain employee Mr. Pramod had a very rude and an unacceptable attitude towards me as a customer. his exact words towards me in the background heard by me also supported by a concrete evidence were “Dimaag kharaab kar rahi hai”. I seek the proper action towards this rude behaviour and the proper assesing of this matter as it has infringed my rights as an Indian consumer. I would strictly demand Mr. Pramod to be guilty and be charged with the suitable action regarding the harm he has done to me.Adding to that, I would also mention his attempt to force me as a customer to share my private details of my phone number and watsapp id which is not intended by me, such a malicious attempt on a customer’s privacy altering the law of Right to information of the COPRA in India should also be taken to notice.
A strict action is expected by me soon.
If my complaint does not bring me the satisfactory results, this matter will be taken up to the local high court.
