I have been victimised by the indian health organisation and after a long battle with the customer care people for 4 long months today ie 09/07/2012 they have agreed tp reverse the payments but they want the welcome kit to be sent back untill then they will not process the refund of the balance of inr 7860 of which I have got the reversal of inr 1875 earlier.
They are asking me to send the welcome kit in advance and after they recieve the kit at their office then then only they will refund me the amount.
How can I send the welcome kit in advance to them?
if I do so I will not have any hold on them
I can say that I do not believe them…that after they get the welcome kit they can say that they have not recieved the kit so they will not refund the money.
So in my last conversation today with the “iho” I told them send your rep: from the local office in bangalore who will provide me the transaction ID of the reversal I will hand over the kit to him.
But they do not agree for this fair deal…give from one hand and take from the other.
