ignoring service during AMC period

Sir,

I bought two split ACs on 28/04/2010 from PRAKASH TRADING CO. (G-16, VARDHMAN COMPLEX, GULABI BAGH (NEAR SHAKTI NAGAR RAILWAY UNDER BRIDGE, DELHI -110052. PH- 23653020, 23653494). I also paid for AMC of both the ACs for a period ending on 27/04/2013.

I started facing cooling failure problem from this year. On my complaint booked in the first week of JULY 2012, the service engineer told me that the front face of both the ACs need replacement as the cooling coil of both the ACs are not repairable. I was told that this part is not covered under AMC and costs 7000/- each. However, to my surprise, I was further told that I will have buy the complete indoor unit ( costing Rs. 9000/- each) since the company does not supply only cooling coils. In addition to this I was asked to pay the complete amount (Rs. 18000/-) in cash in case I would like to order for the same. Even though I felt cheated, I was left with no other choice but to pay Rs. 18000/- in cash (as the person was not ready to accept either a partial payment or a cheque-payment). I paid them this money on 10th of July 2012 and I was promised that the indoor system will be installed in 3-4 days from the date of payment.

However I am really disturbed, agitated and feeling completely harassed for the fact that till today i.e. August 4, 2012, I am yet to get their commitment fulfilled. I am suffering and braving the peak of this summer with my family without the two ACs in our house. I have been sick of complaining and re-complaining all through this period booking several futile complaints.

Now I hereby ask not only for an immediate replacement of the two ACs but also an adequate compensation for the sufferings that I have received due to your false commitment and promise.
