I assigned ‘cryptobeez’ for developing an accounting software for me. They signed a written agreement with rs10000 and promised to deliver the software within 10days, and support if required for the next 1year. They took a token amount of 3000. After 15 days the responded back installed a software but it wasn’t working so they assured to assist soon but demanded for the balance amount. I paid them 10000 with an assurance to rectify the software by next week. But since then they aren’t receiving my calls. Its been 5mths they aren’t making any efforts for the software. I want to take some serious step against this company.
