IGNORANCE FOR SETTLEMENT OF BILL

Location/place: ULHASNAGAR

Name of company/service: VODAFONE SERVICE PROVIDER

Dear Sir/Madam,

After being too much conversation through mail,there was no any intimation for further process of settling the outstanding bills.

The day before Yesterday only ,I received call from VODAFONE stating to pay outstanding bills and assured to mail me for paying Rs619.00.

But till date, I havent received any mail from their end for settlement of outstading bills.

Kindly do the needful since VODAFONE is taking this matter too lazy to emphasize on it.
