Ignorance by company on asking for replacement of faulty product

Sir,i bought this tablet pc from pantel company.It had some software issue within my warranty period. I registered my complain to the customer care of the company,they asked me to take it to their service center and i did that.
But they didnt repair it and neither did they inform me anything about it. Finally after two months of struggle i was able to get back my tab,but in unrepaired state. After that i tried contacting the customer service but every time they gave me different suggestions. They said they would pick up my tab from the service center for repairing/replacement but they didnt. They took my address twice,but they never contacted me for taking the tab and gave excuses.
I bought it on 12/10/12 and it showed its true features on 9/1/2013. It has been six months and they are still ignoring my complaint.
