Dear Sir
I had purchased IFB 7KG DIGITAL FL with 2 years extended warranty on 07.12.2011.but within 3 years its body becomes rusty and also technical problem that its not working now. My product is under warranty and my customer ID is 3154591 so I registered my complaint 3 times to customer care with ref. no. 15543690, 15698178, 15716841 but there is no response from their side. So Please help me and take necessary action.
