sir, I have some problem regarding the network issue of idea cellular service of west Bengal..they have advertisement…internet on every idea mobile..about a word ullu bana mat…but the idea making us ullu by wrong advertisment…my problems are…
1. I am trying to access web pages…but after 1_2 minutes sometime shale to redirect the pages..sometimes not…because of very poor network singnal however I belongs within 200 meter from tower location….
2.my second complain- I have activated mobile tv 5rs daily pack on my 8343080790.but after that I also deactivated my pack by general procedures..the relply back…ok…but after 2 days I noticed 15 rs deduction from my main balance…I have talked to customer care but they didn’t any help….and refused to refund the money….
so plz help me sir…
