IDEA POSTPAID : NOT SHOWING UNBILLLED CURRENT 3G USAGE

Hello,

I have a idea post paid easyshare plan with 5 gb 3g usage plan… with 1000 local min. and 200 sms for RS. 1000 (without tax) (one plan for 3 user)

well.. one of that numner i have ported from airtel postpaid to idea because of this good plan.. but after ported from airtel to idea i got to know that they are not providing us the usage details of 3g as they are providing with prepaid customer..

like..
if you are a prepaid customer of idea and you have recharge for 1 gb 3g internet then whenever you try to use internet… (start with enabling internet on your mobile then.. USE 2mb then… stop with disable internet on your phone) you will suddenly get a popup sms with the current session use of 3g internet (2mb) and the remaining balance of your plan.

with this feature you can manage your usage as per your paln..

My complaing is regarding… if i dont have knowledge about my usage then if i use more than 5 gb then who is going to pay that excess amout (which is huse as per rules. 1GB = 3146 as 3 paisa per 10 Kb )

but im my case… i got 5gb 3g with my plan and from my welcome call i confirmed that will i get the same alert for my 3g use as you giving in your prepaid customer.. so the guy confirm me that yes sir you have that feature with postpaid also…

although i dint get that alert feature i make a complain with their customer care (complain number : 162560063 Mo: 9327335645 )

and they close the complaing without even giving any proper resolution…

they said you will get alert after 24 our…

then after 24 i dint get any resolution…

again i compaing about that…. and talk to their floor superwiser

(i already try this but you will get the status… which is not even your last two days.. usage… my billig date is 25-9-13 so i must get the latest use of my 3g but still i m getting my last moth use on voice answer… so its worth less, )

after this again i tried to talk to floor superwiser..

27/9/13 Runa (again wait for 24 hr. you will get resolution )

they all said… you will get resolution…

but still now… i dint get any resolution… and im afraid of getting huge amount bill cause of unmange use of 3g

so its my request you to please look in this.. and if possible… please make me free from this trouble…
