IDEA postpaid connection fraud

Purchased 2 idea postpaid numbers – committed by the sales person that the same are CUG connections. later we get to know the same are not. sales person and the manager committed that the connections would be converted into CUG which did not happen. bills were getting generated unnecessarily. we disconnected the numbers even then bills were generated. idea people mentally harassed ur by making fake calls.
