Idea deducted about 90rs.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: kothagudem&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Idea company</p>idea has deducted 90rs from my mobile balance for some Stupid pack called UTV STARS of about 30/month. no confirmation message came neither anything. when i asked them about this they said it can’t be refunded by some Stupid rules. please do reply me.
