   I have faced the same issue. I am from Pune and my IDEA 3G connection no. is 9011473639. I received following messages on 14 Aug 2013 and 2 Sep 2013 respectively.

   Dear Customer,
   thank you for downloading Fun_Zone from SYMBIOTIC.
   You have been charged Rs. 30

   Dear Customer,
   thank you for downloading Hollywood Beauties from Handygo.
   You have been charged Rs. 50

   Initially I thought I have received these messages mistakenly. But when I saw my postpaid bill dated 9th Sep 2013, I had actually been charged for above things.
   In my case I am using a wi-fi dongle to access the 3G internet. There is no question of clicking any unrecognized links or flash ads for which IDEA has too charge me separately.

   I want my money refund. And importantly IDEA to investigate and fix this issue ASAP. As I have started getting an unsecured feeling on this network.

   This is happening with me as well. I have been charged around 180 Rs since morning even though my GPRS is off and even no wifi is running. Its a mystery how such downloads are happening, and the worst part is that customer care executives are saying they won’t file any complaint as this is 3rd party download. Such an uncooperative response, I am thinking of switching to some other network.

   I’ve faced the same issue as well.I received the following message on 20 October 2013:
   Dear Customer,
   thank you for downloading Hollywood Beauties from Handygo.
   You have been charged Rs. 50.

   This is absurd,because this has happened quite a few times. In this case i’ve lost 80 rs in 3 dayswithin

   This is absurd,because this has happened quite a few times. In this case i’ve lost 80 rs within 3 days without downloading anything.so I request u to please look into this issue and I would like an immediate refund. My no. Is 9604873979

   And my balance was deducted,,, i am frustrated from this illegally deduction of balance by idea.
