Sir I recharged my phone with 150 rs on 6 septembrr 2015 but after two days company has deducted my whole balance as a 144 rs I contact costumer care when I know about deduction then first they not reverse my balance but I request him to call transfer to senior department after this they wrote my complaint and give m complaint or reference number which is 60309844828
And say it your balance is refund in one hour but after two days balance not refund and now say balance not refundable now u wrote complaint early
Pl solve my problem I am in very problem plz given my balance refunded

Sir I my balance was Rs. 18 on 1/11/2015 but today company has deducted my whole balance . I contact costumer care when I know about deduction then first they not reverse my balance but I request him to call transfer to senior department after this they did not wrote my complaint and told me that the balance was deducted due to internet usage (the repeated sentence for all the time whenever the balance was deducted ) that is totally wrong. as I did not use my phone for any net purpose ……
