My complaint is regarding postpaid number 9911919810.I used this number last in February.I requested customer care to disconnect this number in February 2014 and the executive confirmed its disconnection.After three months in May 2014 I get a call from Idea customer care executive asking to pay an outstanding bill of Rs.1597.21.I told her that my no. is supposed t be disconnected.She again confirmed that my humber is disconnected and you have to clear the outstanding amount of Rs.1597.21 before.
Ii paid the outstanding amount and the transaction Id is RNIPOPSCN40556754.Now again after three months I get an email with a bill stating that my outstanding bill is Rs. 863.28.
This is simply harassment after several confirmations by Idea customer care executive of disconnection of number,Idea celluar slms down another bill.This is simply injustice and I am not willing to pay this bill since the number has no usage and was supposed to be disconnected months ago as confirmed by the customer care executive.
