Idea Cellular Ltd., fraud with customer

I have activated ISD services for calling in Europe countries. The customer executive informed me that if I take a additional monthly plan of Rs. 30/- pm, my call charges will be Rs. 4.99/- per minute all over Europe. I have activated the service. Now I have received my bill and they have charged me with full call rates. Later I have made the complain with idea cellular for the discrepancy in the ISD call charges, firstly they took the complain and informed me that their executive will call me to resolve the querry. later the co. without discussing the complain with me marked the complain as cancelled and closed the complain. I have tried talking to customer executive but no one is able to answer the reason for the status of the complain. Due to their mistake my bill has increased more than 2 times what is should have been actually. Also they have charged advance rental for ISD additional plan for the next month.
