i am mahesh dalvi using idea prepaid card from last 3 years now i am using on scheme in my mobile that is BIS 399 it charges me 400/- per month. this plan contains unlimited internet browsing and downloading. now still company charges me wrong charge from 1.8.2012 to 6.8.2012 company charges me more then 150/- Rs. i did complete for that problem but they tell me we are going with our system we don’t know what your using and not using
now pls sir i don’t want to waste that much money for internet. pls help me Idea is very bad company they don’t see that what there customers want they only wants money.
